SEEK PEACE & PURSUE IT
Inner peace rarely comes to you naturally. To find inner peace, you have to make the effort to actively seek out and pursue it.
How? By practicing mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness allows you to redirect your chaotic thoughts back to the right path; a path that will lead you to inner peace.
