Do you know that happiness can be learned?
Life can be overwhelming sometimes, but whenever you can, slow down and look around you — try to observe your surrounding for little things that you won’t usually notice.
Is there a certain characteristic in those little things that is interesting? Look at their shapes and colors. Are they in a shape that amuses you somehow? Are they in a vibrant color that stands out from the crowd?
And of course little things can be more than just physical things, it can be anything — event, people, and etc. That means you can find happiness in anything, if you’re observant.
Don’t wait for happiness, you can find happiness now, from the little things in life.
